Peach & Sued Finish
Our signature mechanical finishing process that gives the fabric a luxurious, soft, and velvety feel.
Using specialized abrasive rollers, we gently raise tiny microfibers on the fabric surface to create a 'peach skin' or sueded texture. This enhances the tactile softness, drape, and premium feel of the fabric without compromising its strength. Ideal for apparel and home textiles.
Raising & Brushing
Advanced mechanical processing to lift the surface fibers of the fabric, creating a plush, insulating layer.
Our raising and brushing techniques are perfect for fleece, flannels, and winter-wear fabrics. By pulling the fibers up from the base fabric, we increase the material's thickness, warmth, and overall softness.
Chintz Finish
A specialized calendering process that imparts a highly glazed, polished, and lustrous finish to the fabric.
The chintz finish involves treating the fabric with pressure and temperature (friction calendering) to flatten the yarns and create a smooth, glossy, and resin-like surface. This is highly sought after for upholstery, drapery, and high-end fashion garments.
Cordu Combing (Corduroy)
Precision combing and brushing tailored specifically for corduroy and pile fabrics.
Our cordu combing process ensures that the 'wales' (the raised cords) of corduroy fabrics are perfectly aligned, uniformly raised, and free from loose fibers. This results in a pristine, highly defined texture with a rich, uniform appearance.
